4H Vendor Forms


Plans are now underway for the 2023 Carroll County 4-H Fair!

 Vendor space available for set up Friday, July 14, starting at 3:00 pm.

We have enclosed a contract using the same space/spaces and location that you reserved last year.  If this contract is agreeable with you, then we need the signed contract AND the money returned to us by June 16th, 2023.  Should you decide prior to the fair that you will be unable to use your space/spaces, if you notify us 20 days in advance of the fair, you will receive a full refund only IF we are able to fill your space/spaces, if not, you will receive a 50% refund.  If you notify us less than 20 days in advance, there will be NO refund.  As in the past, it is our goal to have a FULL Merchants Building.

Please note as per contract any extension cords must be heavy duty (orange type), industrial size.  The Fire Marshal let us pass last year with regular household cords, but informed us that would not be the case this year. You will be cited if he finds you using a lightweight cord. 

If we do not hear from you by June 16th, 2023, we will assume you are not interested and we will let someone else have your space/spaces.  If you know at this time that you will not be attending our fair, we would greatly appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.  In the event the 2023 fair is not held, all funds paid under the enclosed contract will be refunded in full.

We are excited about being able to bring more people to the merchant area.
